Located within Marie Kerr Park, this is an exceptionally well-designed open-air Stage Facility with a built-in Lighting Grid / Truss and excellent acoustics for an outdoor venue. Easy-access (Stage-level) Loading Docks allow for easy “Load Ins” directly onto the Stage.

Developed in 1972, the 20 acre William J. McAdam Park was acquired from Los Angeles County and is located on 30th Street East between Palmdale Boulevard and Avenue R.

The Palmdale Transportation Center is a state-of-the-art transportation facility. The Clock Tower Plaza at the PTC features an indoor passenger waiting area with concession machines, comfortable seating, restrooms and security service. Metrolink passengers may also use the partially enclosed, heated, outdoor waiting area on the rail platform. Bus patrons will find eight centrally located bus stops providing convenient connections between regional service providers and local bus routes.

The Antelope Valley is located in the western side of the Mojave Desert and is approximately 3,000 square miles. The City Hall Campus is located at 38300 Sierra Highway.

Developed in 1991, the 20 acre Desert Sands Park is located on the southwest corner of Avenue P-8 and 3rd Street East.
